We're looking for driven individuals to join our team as a Volleyball Recruiter (commission-based, 1099 position). We are open to candidates from any area in the US. Looking for someone who is willing to be consistent as a part-time or full-time contractor.

Volleyball Recruiter (Independent Contractor) • Part-time or Full-time • Compensation: 100% commission-based • Potential to earn $1,500 - $3,000+ per month as part-time • Full-time potential to earn $90,000+ • Flexibility: Work from home with opportunities to attend tournaments/games as needed

• Requirements: • Collegiate volleyball playing or coaching experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset

• What You'll Do: • Scout and recruit talented volleyball athletes for various programs • Build relationships with athletes, families, and coaches • Attend events and tournaments for in-person evaluations • Work from home (outside of a few tournaments) on your own schedule while earning commission on each recruit
