Market Place Pizzeria Staff (PM Shift) Dining Service
Description
Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a non-exempt (hourly) Market Place Staff in the Dining Service. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year working 12pm-8:30pm, with rotating weekends. This position is considered full-time (1.0 FTE), non-exempt (hourly), and benefits-eligible.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare menu items including pizza, dessert pizza, stromboli, stuffed pizza and pasta
Prepare menu items using gas flame oven and commercial pasta cookers
Develop unique pizza recipes
Work with and mentor college student employees
Prerequisites
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience, preferred.
