Market Place Pizzeria Staff (PM Shift)Dining ServiceDescription Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a non-exempt (hourly) Market Place Staff in the Dining Service. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year working 12pm-8:30pm, with rotating weekends. This position is considered full-time (1.0 FTE), non-exempt (hourly), and benefits-eligible. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare menu items including pizza, dessert pizza, stromboli, stuffed pizza and pasta Prepare menu items using gas flame oven and commercial pasta cookers Develop unique pizza recipes
